Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Laundry & Warewash Solutions Specialist to support our Laundry & Warewash team in Lino Lakes, MN. Do you enjoy working with your hands AND building relationships? What You'll Do:

• Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts
• Conduct on-site evaluations to identify opportunities for improved laundry and warewash solutions
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to customers
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers
• Recommend and implement solution-based improvements that drive results
• Perform routine service visits and respond to customer needs
• Support sales initiatives and help identify growth opportunities within your territory

What You Bring:

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Interest in growing into a sales or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to solve problems and think critically in the field
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Laundry/Warewash experience is a plusbut we will train the right person
