Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Paid Training | $24–$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Bronx, NY

Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Bronx, NY. As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.

• Surrounding Bronx areas

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development

• Experience working with children preferred
  (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout the Bronx
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and also welcome individuals who are interested in becoming certified.

• RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• Support available toward RBT certification
• Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs

• $24–$30/hour, based on experience and credentials
