Patient Care Technician
MLR is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our client's healthcare team near Colorado Springs, Colorado!
Key Responsibilities for Patient Care Technician:
- Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout their care.
- Monitor vital signs and communicate patient needs and changes to the nursing team.
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as drawing blood and administering EKGs.
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications for Patient Care Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a recognized Patient Care Technician program is preferred.
- BLS certification is required; CPR certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
