Fleet Repair Solutions is growing - and we're hiring experienced Tractor & Fleet Technicians to support our shop-based operations in Jonestown, PA . What You'll Earn

Hourly Pay: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly Performance Bonuses totaling up to $12,000 per year
Overtime opportunities available

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping customer equipment safe and road-ready by:

Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and fleet equipment
Completing work orders using modern software and diagnostic tools
Following all safety, compliance, and quality standards
Working collaboratively with other technicians to meet shop goals

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of trailer or fleet maintenance experience
CDL preferred , but not required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
