Compensation (W2 | Pay Per Visit) Treatment Visits: $30–$38 per 30 minute visit (equivalent to $60–$76/hour) Evaluations: $80 per evaluation SLPA/CF Supervision: $50 per supervision session Meetings: $25 per hour Location: 8603 W.
