Receptionist Position
This role is onsite M-F and will be responsible for basic receptionist duties greeting and signing in visitors including our mail and other vendors, answering phones and helping employees with questions. Hours are flexible to start between 8:30 and 9, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch, until 5-5:30pm. Looking for someone with a friendly and helpful personality who also has good computer skills and wants to take initiative to learn and get tasks done quickly and accurately. Previous customer service, admin or receptionist experience a huge plus. This assignment may last anywhere from 2-4 weeks; we currently have someone out on leave.
