This is a union-represented position covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Eligible employees receive health and welfare benefits through the Teamsters Managed Health Care Trust, which may include medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees may be eligible for pension benefits through the Teamsters Pension Plan, with employer contributions made in accordance with the agreement. Employees with other qualifying medical coverage may have the option to participate in an annuity plan in lieu of health coverage. All wages, benefits, and eligibility requirements are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and Trust Fund rules.\n

Position Details: \n

• Payrate: $20.00 plus $0.50 per hour night shift differential with $0.03 per piece if certain amount per hour is picked and accuracy maintained.  
\n
• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 4:00PM-12:30AM (or until work is completed)
\n

Position Purpose: \n
\n
\nWarehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.\n
\nThe Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.\n
\n
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: \n

\n
• Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
\n
• Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
\n
• Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
\n
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail by ensuring that proper attention is given to all areas including, but not limited to; balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned.
\n
• Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to it appropriate location. Consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
\n
• Packs products securely in cartons and totes. Ensures application of shipping ID and mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
\n
• Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
\n
• Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
\n
• Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
\n
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
\n
• Performs end of shift tasks such as: charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
\n
• Maintains orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
\n
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent\n
\n
\n• 6 + months of warehouse experience \n
\n
\n• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position \n
\n
\n• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift \n
\n
\n• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift \n
\n
\n• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry \n
\n
\n• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience\n
\n
\n• Electric Pallet Jack experience required\n
\n
\n• RF Scanner experience required. \n
\n
\n• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check\n
