We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Support Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our compliance program. This role plays a key part in ensuring our organization meets regulatory, safety, and documentation standards across clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance logs, trackers, and required documentation
• Assist with internal audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness
• Support life safety activities, including drills, inspections, and documentation
• Review medical record release requests for completeness and compliance
• Coordinate and track staff training and compliance requirements
• Organize and maintain compliance-related files and reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA, medical records, or compliance processes is a plus

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with occasional facility walk-throughs
• Structured, task-driven work environment
• Role involves routine monitoring, documentation, and follow-up activities
