Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Associate

Job Description
This position will include greeting customers, and providing them with friendly, professional service. The associate will assist customers with selecting and renting storage units, answering phone calls and responding to customer questions. They will be responsible for explaining pricing, promotions, policies, and storage options. They will process payments and assist with customer accounts as well as sell moving and packing supplies. They will responsible for timely following up with prospective customers and sales leads and assist the manager and owner with occasional local marketing and community outreach. They will need to help daily to keep the office, property, and available storage units clean and presentable. Light administrative duties are expected as well as helping to maintain the highest level of customer service expected at Storage Authority Carolina Road.
