Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Roofing Estimator Project Manager located in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, overseeing roofing projects, and ensuring safety compliance. Regular tasks include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members, as well as overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial roofing estimator/project manager position Proficiency in roofing systems, materials, and techniques, including expertise in Commercial roofs and waterproofing applications Ability to work at height and ensure adherence to strict safety protocols Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Ability to read blueprints and technical documents #J-18808-Ljbffr
