The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production Associate to work at a company located in the Elkhart, IN area!

Job Title: Production Associate

Job Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:

1st shift $16/hr 6:30am -3:00 pm Monday – Friday

2nd shift $17/hr 3:00 pm – 1:30 am Monday – Thursday

This is a temp – to – hire opportunity with weekly pay and potential for permanent placement based on performance and attendance.

Job Description:

The Jobsquad Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Elkhart, IN.

In this role, you will help operate production equipment, inspect products, package finished materials, and keep the work area clean and organized. No experience is required, just strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

This is a temp to hire opportunity for candidates looking for stable, long-term employment.
