Within the Business Orchestration & Automation Technology team, you’ll help modernize enterprise business processes and improve employee productivity through automation and low-code solutions.In this role, you’ll design and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions while helping advance the responsible use of AI and agentic capabilities. Working within an Agile team, you’ll partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable solutions, prioritize high-value work, and make thoughtful technical decisions. Your ability to solve problems, adapt to evolving priorities, collaborate across teams, and support the growth of other developers will help strengthen how Schwab delivers technology solutions at scale.What you haveRequired Qualifications2+ years of hands-on software development experience2+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, in an enterprise environmentExperience integrating low-code solutions with enterprise systems using connectors, REST APIs, and Power Automate cloud flowsExperience applying software design, testing, application maintenance, and security practices to deliver reliable technology solutionsAbility to prioritize requirements and delivery work using roadmaps, epics, and backlogsAbility to independently troubleshoot incidents and collaborate across teams to reduce business impactPreferred QualificationsExperience with data pipelines and data stores supporting analytics or machine learningExperience with containerization and orchestration tools for software deploymentExperience applying predictive or adaptive lifecycle approaches to system designAbility to evaluate complex problems, analyze information and trends, and make sound decisionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including translating business requirements into technical designs and explaining platform standards to non-technical partnersExperience working with data classification and NPI/PII-sensitive requirements in a regulated environmentAbility to collaborate across teams, influence peers, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute new approaches or technologiesIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.What’s in it for youAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
