A&P MECHANIC Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for experienced A&P MECHANICS in KANSAS CITY, MO As an A&P Mechanic, you will be required to:

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for experienced A&P MECHANICS in KANSAS CITY, MO As an A&P Mechanic, you will be required to:
- Perform general maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems. This may include troubleshooting, installations and removals, and inspections on numerous aircraft types including Boeing 737/767/Airbus.
- Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.
- Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant license required.
- Experience on 737/767/Airbus required.
- Previous Commercial MRO experience - preferred minimum three years of experience.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Standard Tool Kit required.
- Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
- Contract
- Able to Interpret maintenance manuals, wiring prints, and engineering drawings.
- High level of professionalism and attention to details. Able to take direction and fit in with the team.
- Good documentation skills for work performed and turnovers.
- Work with little or no direction.
- Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Good vision and depth perception.
- Work Environment : FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
