The Journeyman Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and light commercial settings, including pipes, drains, and related components. Daily tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, testing systems for proper function, and ensuring work complies with codes and safety standards. The role also involves interacting with customers, explaining findings and options, preparing accurate work documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Journeyman Plumber is expected to collaborate with team members, follow company procedures, and represent the company professionally at all times. Qualifications Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and system repair. Experience working with pipe systems, fittings, and related materials. Background in maintenance and repair, including routine maintenance and emergency service work. Ability to perform general maintenance tasks related to plumbing and building systems. Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully. Valid Plumber license or equivalent certification, as required by local regulations. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
