We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate 5-Month-Old Infant Care Assistant to join our team near 48642. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to infants in a safe and nurturing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and development of the infants during their time at our facility. As a 5-Month-Old Infant Care Assistant, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to create a warm and engaging atmosphere for the infants. You will assist with feeding, diaper changing, nap time routines, and age-appropriate activities to stimulate their growth and development. The ideal candidate for this position should have a genuine love for infants and the ability to remain patient and calm in challenging situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with both infants and their families.
