Track record of leading complex projects to successful completion, and the ability to teach this skill to team members.Skills:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceExpertise in PythonExperience with big data technologies and frameworks (Spark)6+ years of experience with deep expertise in the tools and practice of data science and predictive modeling including statistical modelling, machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions.Proven adeptness in working within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.Preferred Qualifications:A master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience in an applied setting.Any retail experience, with a focus in marketing or sales domains, would be a plus
