Our Client, a Medical Devices / Healthcare company, is looking for a Talent Partner for their Warsaw, IN/Hybrid location.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for client and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
• Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
• Support client diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

• Strong sourcing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• 4+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
• Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
