Graphic Designer

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Department. This role will create compelling visual content and brand experiences across digital campaigns, print materials, showrooms, trade shows, social media, product presentations, and other marketing initiatives.

The Graphic Designer will work on projects from initial concept through final production while ensuring all creative work remains consistent with established brand standards. This position also includes 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering, making it ideal for a designer with experience in interiors, architecture, furniture, cabinetry, or a similar design driven industry.

The ideal candidate combines strong traditional graphic design skills with modern creative technology, including video, 3D rendering, and AI powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design marketing materials that support the brand and dealer or showroom sales efforts
• Create digital assets for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop layouts and creative materials for trade shows, banners, signage, and promotional displays
• Take creative projects from initial briefs through final production
• Ensure designs consistently follow approved brand guidelines, fonts, colors, logos, and messaging
• Prepare print ready files and coordinate with printers and production vendors
• Support packaging design and update product literature as new products, finishes, or collections are introduced
• Create and work with 3D models and produce photorealistic product and interior renderings
• Create and adapt visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Support reels, short form video, and other social media content
• Use AI powered creative tools to enhance design and content development
• Stay current with design trends, creative technology, and new tools
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and collaborate closely with the Marketing team

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of related graphic design or creative experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and other image editing tools
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and related design platforms
• Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Proficiency with SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling and scene creation
• Ability to produce high quality photorealistic renderings
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual design principles
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends
• Background in interior design, architecture, furniture design, or a related field strongly preferred
• Familiarity with cabinetry, material finishes, color palettes, and spatial design is preferred
• Comfortable working with floorplans, renderings, and 3D models
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Portfolio must include graphic design work as well as examples of 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings

Location: Newark, NJ, Onsite

Type: Full time

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM

Salary: $80,000/year
