Shift Leader

Shift Leader Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Set morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Benefits Flexible schedule. Paid time off after 90 days of employment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends. Must be able to pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must be in possession of or able to acquire a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at specific locations). Must meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy. Physical Demands This role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
