Start your first job with us!Back of House Prep Responsibilities:Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards for Dine In, Drive-Thru, Third Party and Catering orders!Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations but specifically for food prepStock kitchen inventory as neededKeep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all timesKeep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-AWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to LeadershipMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changesComplete all opening or closing tasks as assignedAdhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all timesOther duties as assignedFollow Leadership directions and serve other members of the teamQualifications and Requirements:Consistent and reliableCheerful and positive attitudeMotivated to grow and to learnWorks to serve othersTeam-player!Customer service orientedStrong interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedAble to multi-taskWorks well independently and in a team environmentBe willing and able to work a flexible scheduleHave the ability to lift and carry heavy items on a regular basisHave the ability to stand for long periods of timeDesire for ongoing training/educationDetailed & keenly observantPassion for procedural disciplineMust be at least 16 years oldMost Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
