Front Desk Guest Service Representative

Front Desk Representative The Front Desk Representative is responsible for answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, taking guest reservations, performing guest courtesy calls, obtaining accurate and correct guest information, and checking hotel guests in and out of the hotel. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering all phone calls promptly and with the proper Brand greeting. Front desk shift times are as follows: 7AM-3PM 3PM-11PM 11PM-7AM (Night Auditor Accounting Duties) Weekend and Holiday availability is required. Skills we are looking for in interested candidates: Attention to detail Good communication skills Friendly, outgoing, pleasant attitude Computer and telephone etiquette skills Customer complaint resolution skills Ability to be punctual and reliable for shifts Professional behavior and presentation Attentiveness in handling credit card and cash payments and financial records Pay rate: $9-$12 based on experience Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred qualifications: 17 years or older
