Key Responsibilities Develop design language for AI-native employee tools Design and iterate on experiences for AI-powered HR services Prototype and productize AI experiences using Figma and code Required Qualifications Proven experience in product design engineering with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Figma and modern web development technologies like React Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces Background in designing internal tools for non-technical end users Focus on delivering consumer-grade product quality
