This is a full‑time position working 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as required. Responsibilities Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales. Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate the company's competitive advantage. Load and unload trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as needed. Provide customer service by answering questions, placing, picking, and loading customer orders. Unload, inspect, store, and shift incoming stock. General warehouse duties assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Local deliveries to customer's shops or job sites. Qualifications Effective verbal and written communication skills. Forklift experience a plus. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive work environment. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Attention to detail. Must obtain a Class E driver's license within 30 days of hire. Must pass pre‑employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check).
