This is not a remote position. salary: $16 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM education: High School Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative will provide professional customer service to insureds, agents and CSRs across the state of Tennessee. A CSR will process billing transactions, assist with questions and concerns regarding insurance policies, and fulfill change request. Responsibilities include: Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern Answer general underwriting questions Efficiently direct calls and/or locate answers to procedures Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Hours: Training will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Once training is complete, hours may be adjusted to 9:30a-6:00p The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Telephone Etiquette Basic Computer Skills Customer support Basic Software Skills Follow-up Active Listening Empathy Customer Relations Customer Service CRM Typing Skills Data Entry Handle large call volume Analytical Thinking Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
