You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your skills, and help members achieve their financial goals while gaining exposure to a variety of teams and branch environments. Pool A Branch LocationsBrooklynClintonGrass LakeVandercookPool B Branch LocationsDowntown JacksonMasonParmaParnallSpring ArborPay & Benefits$17.00 - $18.50 per hourIn addition to competitive pay, part-time team members are eligible for Paid Time Off, 12 Paid Holidays, 401(k), Pension, Tuition Reimbursement, Gym Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP)ScheduleBetween 26-29 hours per week, including:Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 7:45 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.Support Saturday operations as neededTravel between Jackson-area branch locations as needed.What You'll DoDeliver exceptional customer service to membersProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyOpen and maintain deposit accountsAssist members with consumer loan applicationsRecommend products and services that support members' financial goalsEducate members about fraud prevention and account securityBuild lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processesRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 6 months of customer service experience requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using technology and learning new systemsReliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations as neededHiring Pool Information Branch assignments may vary from week to week based on staffing and business needs.
