As a Walmart Landscape Crew Driver, you will oversee landscape projects and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain the grounds year‑round. Duties include mowing, trimming, and pruning to ensure the exterior environment remains pristine. Responsibilities Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping. DOT Physical Required. Heavy equipment experience required. High school diploma or equivalent.
