IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

* Be responsible for quality nursing care is provided with the assistance of other team members to all residents living in the assigned area maintaining Clark standards and practice * Pass medications, perform treatments, monitor care and oversee staff. May be required to provide direct patient care to patients when necessary * Coordinate all aspects of each resident’s nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with them

• Ensure that proper resident care standards and practices are followed
• Communicate with residents, families and designated representatives about

resident care issues * Participate in the orientation process of new employees to ensure that competency requirements are met Shift Details: * Night Shift in Assisted Living at Franklin: * Full Time 10pm - 6am * Day Shift in Assisted Living at Keller Lake: * Full Time 3pm - 11pm

WHO YOU ARE:

* A licensed LPN in the state of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident-centered care

• Knowledgeable in nursing regulations, standards, and practices
• Understand and successfully perform job functions. Works effectively, is
