Onsite Medical Representative

In this role, you will be an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) operating in tandem with the WHS Site Manager, WHS Specialist, and Injury Prevention Specialist in order to provide first‑aid, health, safety, and wellness resources to Warehouse Associates (AAs). Responsibilities Attend weekly safety committee meetings. Provide first‑aid support and assess injuries or illnesses. Refer AAs to outside medical providers as needed. Minimize risk through education and proactive engagement. Maintain all records of care and certifications. Coordinate workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs. Provide daily activity logs, end‑of‑shift reports, and shift support for safety operations. Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR, AED. Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols. Accompany emergency response at the site. Additional Job Elements Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. Work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures. Climb and descend stairs. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. One of the following: EMT or Paramedic certification from a state department or the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT); or active athletic trainer certification from BOC or a state certification. Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification within 3 weeks of start date if not already held. Preferred Qualifications Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with an industrial wellness program. Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics. Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation. Proficient in digital recordkeeping. Within the last year, six months of job experience as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, Healthcare Specialist, Hospital Corpsman, or Aerospace Medical Service Technician. Salary and Benefits Base hourly rate: 26.00 – 31.00 USD. The package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
