Assembly Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling small solenoid valves through repetitive, precision-based tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small solenoid valve components according to standard operating procedures
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and precision throughout shift
• Inspect completed units for quality and consistency before moving to next stage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Meet daily production and quality targets
• Report any equipment issues or defects to a supervisor promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify employment verification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with team members and supervisors
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required—training provided

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• $16.00/hour
