Senior Attorney (Wage & Hour Class Action)

Senior Attorney – Wage & Hour Class Action Location: California Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to handle complex wage & hour class action matters. This role focuses on representing employees in high-impact cases involving misclassification, overtime violations, meal/rest break issues, and other labor law claims. What You’ll Do Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and legal filings Develop case strategy to drive strong settlements and verdicts Take and defend depositions Represent clients in wage & hour class action litigation Collaborate with internal legal teams to move cases efficiently What We’re Looking For Active member of the California State Bar 5+ years of employment law and class action experience Strong litigation, research, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage cases in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with solid judgment in complex situations Compensation & Benefits $180K – $280K base + performance incentives Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k), PTO, paid holidays Growth opportunities and bonus programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Cruitin
