We are hiring a motivated Junior Machinist / CNC Operator to join our growing industrial manufacturing team in Parlin, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of CNC, shop, vocational, or mechanical experience who wants real-world training, stable hours, and long-term career growth in machining and manufacturing. We manufacture and distribute custom industrial conveyor belts, rollers, shafts, bearings, motors, and mechanical replacement components for customers across North America.
