Finance & Business Management - Associate

As a Business Manager supporting Macro Sales you will have significant exposure and interactions with senior sales leads and product partners. You will run strategic analysis, implement process improvement, and deliver various sales initiatives in support of the business. You will partner closely with other business managers regionally and globally across the Macro Sales & Marketing franchise and other functions including but not limited to Legal, Compliance, HR, Onboarding, Controls, Planning & Analysis, Controllers/Finance, Operations and Technology, etc. to execute on the requirements of the business.

Job responsibilities:

• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Prepare materials for senior forums (town halls, Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews), helping the business tell the story with clarity and impact
• Coordinate sales team budget and forecast exercises and support competitive analysis and reporting to help inform business decisions
• Coordinate deliverables across business managers, finance, technology and operations, drive cross-functional project and issue resolution
• Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, in an effort to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
• Demonstrated success dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate/advanced ability expected in all MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, persistent and able to work with high degree of independence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 5+ Years relative work experience

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
• Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
• Strong judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
