Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and explain insurance products and services clearly and effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles, California area.
