Social Commerce Growth Manager — TikTok & IG

Dearfoams is seeking a creative, data-driven content creator to drive customer acquisition and revenue through short-form video and social-first storytelling in a hybrid US role. You will own TikTok/Instagram content, develop daily storytelling-driven posts with clear CTAs, and leverage TikTok Shop features to convert viewers into buyers. You will partner with marketing to test paid formats, optimize CAC/CTR/ROAS, and lead influencer collaborations while iterating on hooks and formats based on #J-18808-Ljbffr rgbarry
