Registered Nurse, NICU, Level IV Licenses: RN-CA(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)

NRP(Copy needed) Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months 2 Years level IV NICU Experience Experience from a large teaching hospital or children's hospital EPIC Charting Experience 60 Mile Radius Rule RTO Upon Submission
