Watch Here The Ideal Candidate Possesses 2+ years of Call Center Experience Possesses excellent phone skills Follows and champions a script with ease Is motivated internally to hit key metrics WOWs customers Promotes the company online Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls and generating leads Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, team members, and to generally get the job done Seeks $18-$20/hour, depending on skills and experience, plus pay-for-performance incentives Various shifts Monday–Friday including some evenings and occasional Saturdays 9 am–1 pm; flexibility required Challenging Call Center career with opportunities for advancement Values
