Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations. *Applicants will be considered for our Midtown or Brickell location* Position Overview The Restaurant Manager works alongside the management team to assist with daily restaurant operations, support staff, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities (but not limited to) Manage and lead staff in collaboration with management team Ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality level Track daily reports of labor, sales, call outs, etc Assist with scheduling as needed Keep General Manager informed of sales and key issues Increasing sales through networking and guest relations to raise guest check average.
