Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Tulsa office(s). As part of our Proposal Development team. As part of our Proposal Development team, Proposal Coordinator will guide and facilitate a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects. Working closely with colleagues across disciplines, this position brings together diverse skills and perspectives to ensure each proposal benefits from the strengths of the entire team. Your schedule should coincide with and will be coordinated with your project teams and may be adjusted as warranted to meet project or personal needs. Key Responsibilities In your role as a Proposal Coordinator, you will work with our pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients and win competitive project opportunities. The Proposal Development Coordinator prepares concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content. You will participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.
