Assembly Line Worker

Job Title: Assembly Line Worker Overview Assemble electronic products in a clean, temperature-controlled environment using hand tools and inspection equipment while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble products per work instructions and guidelines Read basic drawings, BOMs, and instructions Load components, kit materials, and package finished goods Perform visual inspections and basic testing Maintain records and follow ESD/safety procedures Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable using hand tools and working long periods sitting/standing Preferred Soldering experience Work Environment Clean, lab-like facility. 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) with occasional OT and Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
