Aftermarket Sales Specialist

The Aftermarket Business Development Manager is a critical member of the Service Sales team. Responsibilities• Generate, qualify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
• Manage strategic account plans and the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to develop customer solutions and long-term business partnerships
• Develop creative sales solutions by analyzing various pricing and proposal scenarios
• Conduct market research and use market understanding to identify sales leads
• Support development of Go-to-Market strategies
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships
• Continuously work to enhance business processes and practices Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Technical sales experience
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in working with Excel, Power BI, MS Office, Salesforce Competencies
• Strategic planning
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural matrix organization
• Ability to work in both a team-based environment and with minimal supervision
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to manage one's own work when handling complex topics and situations
