• Join an established Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine division

• Faculty appointment available at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, based on experience

• Serve as Associate Program Director for the Interventional Pulmonology Fellowship
\n
• Serve as Director of the Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction program
\n
• Perform advanced bronchoscopy
\n
• Navigation bronchoscopy
\n
• Robotic bronchoscopy
\n
• EBUS-TBNA
\n
• Pleural disease management
\n
• Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction using FDA-approved technologies
\n
• Lead and expand the BLVR program
\n
• Oversee patient selection and multidisciplinary coordination for BLVR
\n
• Participate in outcomes tracking and program development
\n
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient Pulmonary care
\n
• Mentor Interventional Pulmonology fellows
\n
• Mentor Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows, residents, and medical students
\n
• Participate in curriculum development
\n
• Participate in simulation-based education and trainee assessment
\n
• Clinical research and quality improvement opportunities
\n
• Opportunities for publications, presentations, and educational symposia
\n

Compensation and Benefits:\n
• Annual base salary range: $300,000 – $350,000
\n

Candidate Requirements:\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Completion of an AABIP-accredited Interventional Pulmonology fellowship
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
\n
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical care and teaching
\n
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
\n
• Experience with Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction preferred
\n
• Candidates with strong interest and willingness to lead BLVR program development may also be considered
\n
• Strong communication, collaboration, and academic skills
\n
