Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals. Provide direct intervention services to students, including therapeutic activities and exercises. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement strategies that support students' academic and social success. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Advocate for students' needs within the school environment and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Offer guidance and training to school staff on best practices for supporting students with sensory and motor challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports. A more detailed job description will be provided directly from the school upon a virtual interview. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred.
