In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. What You’ll Earn: $21/hour during paid training and onboarding $23/hour upon completion of training $25/hour permanent base rate after generating 50 qualified appointments for our sales team Uncapped performance bonuses on top of your hourly pay $300 sign-on bonus Performance-Based Pay Growth: Team members have a clear path to higher earnings through a permanent base-pay increase and uncapped bonus opportunities.
