Working within a collaborative ‘pod’ structure under the guidance of a Senior Underwriter, the AU executes repeatable, process-driven tasks that drive volume and efficiency, allowing the team to scale while maintaining strong broker relationships.**Job Responsibilities*** Execute standard underwriting submissions, applying established guidelines and logic codified within the proposal engine.* Manage submission pipelines, ensuring timely processing and supporting the delivery of quotes in accordance with productivity expectations.* Support minor broker communications and follow-ups as needed, serving as a reliable point of contact for routine inquiries.* Generate and validate final quotes, forms, and documentation for binding, coordinating with policy issuance and servicing teams as needed.* Maintain accuracy of in-force policies, execute mid-term changes, and support renewals readiness by updating data and preparing handoffs to underwriters.* Collaborate with Senior Underwriters to ensure consistent and high-quality output, escalating complex or flagged submissions as appropriate.* Participate in ongoing training and development to support career progression toward more senior underwriting roles.**Education*** High School Diploma or relevant work experience required**Work Experience/Skill Set*** Strong attention to detail and process orientation* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Effective written and verbal communication abilities* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment* Interest in career development within the underwriting profession**US Work Authorization**US Work Authorization required.
