As Racetech’s part-time Warehouse & Sales Support Specialist, you’ll help keep our commitment to delivering the world’s most advanced competition seats and our diverse portfolio of motorsport accessories to our North American customers. Responsibilities will include receiving and managing stock, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time. The scope of this role covers daily warehouse functions, freight coordination and inventory accuracy – and the potential for growing into a larger sales role as the business expands.

Stock & Warehouse Management

• Receive, check off, put away and organize inbound seat and accessory stock in their assigned areas and shelves

• Conduct regular stock takes to keep physical inventory matching the system

• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organized warehouse, manage and order warehouse supplies

• Be a key-holder and ensure warehouse is locked at the end of each day if the last one to leave

Order Processing, Pack & Dispatch

• Process sales orders and invoices, print sales orders, then pick and pack the correct stock items,

• Book and coordinate freight and couriers via freight partner systems to meet delivery timeframes

• Apply freight labels and liaise with freight providers

• Reconcile backorders, update ETAs, and flag discrepancies or delivery issues to key stakeholders

Sales & Customer Support (Growth Pathway)

• Be a point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the correct products within agreed timeframes

• Support the sales team and contribute to proactive sales and business development

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, freight providers and business partners

Health, Safety & Site Responsibilities

• Proactively meet all OHSA standards, company and warehouse health & safety requirements

• Comfortably lift up to 60 lbs., including overhead lifting

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a sales support and/or warehouse/shipping environment

• Passion for motorsports and a positive, growth-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to detail and mathematic skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, accounting software and knowledge of AI

• Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven, logical approach

• Meticulous planning, organization and timeliness

Time Commitment and Compensation

• Part-time – immediate start with a genuine path to a full-time role

• Starting at $25.00 USD per hour (higher rate possible depending on experience)

• ~20–30 hours per week (no less than 20), increasing as sales grow

• Monday to Friday, no weekends except possible event attendance -
