We are the partner of choice for health systems and radiologists, delivering best-in-class clinical excellence, operations, and state-of-the-art technology across our platform.The Diagnostic Imaging Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales goals by using strategic sales tactics while performing face to face sales calls with specialty physicians & their clinical staff. Sales call interactions will discuss our services, medical equipment, medical technology, artificial intelligence software, and our competitive advantages. This position will primarily focus on growing referral volume to our American Health Imaging Center within a specific sales territory. Selling skills and business planning ability is critical. Successful incumbent should be a flexible thinker who is able to produce results in an ever changing fast paced environment.Territory: Spartanburg, SCEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Lumexa imaging's MRI, CT, and Ultrasound services.Gain in-depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry its services and the local competition within a specific marketDevelopment of weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plansLeverage the Lumexa CRM system (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools to inform targeting and resource allocationExecution of Lumexa marketing strategyManagement of monthly promotional budget and marketing collateralPartner with the operations team at American Health Imaging to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategiesUnderstand and uphold all corporate compliance policiesMinimum Qualifications:Education/Licensing/Certification:Bachelor's degree or commensurate job-related experience required; candidates with advanced level degree and/or sales-related certifications preferredExperience (years and type):2 years of direct outside sales experience preferably in a healthcare related fieldKnowledge and Skills:Proven success using selling skills to influence and generate resultsMust be self-motivated and capable of working in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environmentExcellent communication and organizational skills are requiredStrong business acumen and analytical abilityDemonstrated ability to learn and willingness to accept coachingBasic competencies in working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointLumexa Imaging provides a competitive compensation program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance workforce.Lumexa Imaging is an equal opportunity employer.
