Position Overview The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and provides high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities Deliver patient and family-centered care. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Lead and support assigned team members. Develop and implement individualized plans of care. Provide patient education and health promotion. Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment. Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives. Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes. Support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. Demonstrate accountability, leadership, and professional growth. Additional Job Description Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Licensure & Certifications Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
