IT Project Assistant Manager

Position Overview This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and help shape the future of automobile aftermarket and beyond. We are looking for an IT Project Assistant Manager to implement IT projects that support our e-commerce platform systems which include websites, order, and vendor management and AI‑powered automation solutions. You will be managing projects from start to finish, establishing goals, and ensuring successful execution. This role is a bridge between IT and other departments to investigate problems, bring about new solutions and implement information systems. What You’ll Do The primary point of contact for operation departments and the technology team to gather requirements for procedure modifications and IT solutions. Analyzing and documenting current IT processes and recommending system improvements, and possible solutions to enhance automation, efficiency and system intelligence. Collaborate with operation departments on projects, procedures, and workflows. Design and execute IT projects to improve systems and operations. Identify opportunities to integrate AI for customer service, logistics management, RMA, and order processing optimization. Provide orientation and training to end users on AI enhancements, system modifications and new functionality. Provide application support required for order management, warehouse, and other system integration. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field. 3‑5+ years of experience in IT project management. Knowledge and experience in e‑Marketplace (eBay/Amazon) practice is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with AI Automation tools, machine learning application, and chatbot technologies is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
