Treasury Management Sales Analyst

Responsibilities Serve as a key contact for Treasury Management customers and ensure optimal levels of services are available. Assist Treasury Management Sales Consultants (TMC) with revenue-generating activities and provide primary client support through direct interaction with customers. Analyze multiple resources and tools to understand complex customer needs and desired outputs. Compile and analyze pricing information, providing detailed comparisons based on findings. Assist with preparation of RFP/proposal content and coordinate client responses. Support deal development by collecting, inputting, and monitoring client data through the deal lifecycle. Gather necessary client information and prepare documentation to support pre-sale activities for implementation of financial products and services. Identify revenue-generating opportunities by analyzing data to help TMC identify untapped opportunities and predict future trends. Provide feedback to Sales, Product, and Operations regarding product performance and the need for new development. May accompany Sales Representatives or Relationship Managers on sales calls to gain knowledge and experience. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience. Three to five years of experience in Treasury Management sales support or project management. Preferred Skills/Experience Demonstrated proficiency with Treasury Management products, systems, processes, and understanding of customer use. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong professional communication and written presentation skills. Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions with limited supervision. Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office and other software packages. Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days.
