Outside Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll drive business-to-business sales with commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractors across a defined U.S. territory. This is a performance-based, relationship-driven role that rewards self-starters with autonomy, competitive commission, and the opportunity to grow in a trusted and supportive environment. What You’ll Do Lead sales efforts from lead generation to closing across your assigned MEP territory Perform blueprint take-offs and prepare quotes in alignment with building code requirements Follow up on quotes and negotiate contracts with contractors and engineers Visit job sites, meet with clients, and collect market intel Collaborate closely with inside sales support to ensure smooth project execution Manage multiple open projects and prioritize efforts effectively Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities What You’ll Bring 1+ year of outside sales experience, ideally in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools Strong technical aptitude and confidence reviewing blueprints/specs Solid understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiation Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with seismic design or vibration isolation is a plus Why ASC Equipment?
